These bags hold everything you need (except honey) to make your own elderberry syrup at your convenience! Just add water, simmer, drain, and add honey (or sweetener of your choice).
Each bag makes approximately one full pint of unsweetened syrup. Your final amount will vary based on how much sweetener you like. Full directions are included with each bag.

People with the flu who took elderberry juice reported less severe symptoms and felt better much faster than those who did not."
I also use rosehips, which have a high concentration of vitamin C, cinnamon for its anti fungal and anti bacterial properties, cloves which can act as an expectorant, and black pepper, which increases the bioavailability of the other ingredients.
